• All orders are subject to confirmation before dispatch.

• We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

• Incorrect, incomplete, or false information may result in order cancellation.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Please provide a correct shipping address and an active phone number.

• Orders are dispatched only after confirmation.

• If a customer refuses delivery, provides incorrect information, or repeatedly fails to receive parcels, Patel Wala reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders or require advance payment.

5. Shipping

• Delivery time depends on the courier service and destination.

• Delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• Clear photos or videos are required as proof.

• Herbal products, Herbal Oral Care Oil, and personal care products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used.

• Mouth Opener Tools cannot be returned or exchanged after use due to hygiene reasons.

7. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, actual product color, packaging, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or production updates.
