• Orders are confirmed before dispatch.

• Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp for order verification before dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, inactive phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD parcels or provide incorrect information may be required to place future orders with advance payment.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please take clear photos or videos before opening it and contact us immediately.
