Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel only if:

• You received the wrong item.

• The product arrived damaged during shipping.

• The product is defective upon arrival.

To process your request, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order Number

• Clear photos or videos of the parcel and product.

• Proof of damage or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after opening or use:

• All Herbal Products

• Mouth Opener Tool (after use)

• Personal Care Products

• Customized Products

• Sale Items

• Gift Cards

Product Replacement

If you receive a wrong or damaged Mouth Opener Tool before use, it will be replaced after verification.

Herbal Oils and all herbal products cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded once opened or used.

Used Mouth Opener Tools cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos before opening it and contact us immediately.

Claims without proof may not be accepted.

Refunds

After inspection, if your claim is approved, your refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
